Dr. Theo Lynn is a Senior Lecturer at the Dublin City University, Principal Investigator of the Irish Centre for Cloud Computing and Commerce and Director of MarketingLab, a new applied marketing technologies research and outreach centre. He was director of the Leadership, Innovation and Knowledge Research Centre at DCU from 2009 to 2011 and has been Director of Industry Engagement at DCU Business School since 2010. Dr Lynn holds a PhD, MBS (MIS) and BBLS all from University College Dublin. Dr. Lynn has founded a number of ICT companies incl. Enki Information Systems, Educational Multimedia Group and Atomic Assets, the businesses of which have been acquired by Rochford Brady Group, Intuition and Cambridge University Press respectively. He is currently a Partner in the 30/60 Seed Investment Fund and advises a number of domestic and international companies in digital marketing. Dr. Lynn is an EU Expert Evaluator in ICT and has recently advised the European Parliament STOA Panel on cloud computing and social media. Dr. Lynn has led the completion of over 150 funded research projects since 2007.
